8800GT and COD5 WOW @ 1920x1200

When i had my 8800gt it played cod 5 maxed and and i didnt see a hit in peformance and my system is not really that amazing.

What are your full system specs?

Saying that though not sure with that res.

Your spec is good.

I ran cod 5 maxed out with a little less powerfull spec than you on 1900x1600 and did not see a stutter ran smooth as anything.
 
im running 1920 x 1200 on a 1900xtx slightly overclocked :O

using a 2.83ghz q9550 and 4gb ram on vista 64. got textures set to medium, no aa or af lol with ok fps :p
 
Well i ran it on 1600x1200 on my crt monitor with maxed out settings 4aa but you want to go at 1920x1200 res its a big difference mate when aa is applied at that res fps take a hit, your better off asking someone who has a similar spec to you who games at that res mate.
 
Well when i had a 8800GT it didnt for me i had to drop the res down to 1680x1050 2xaa 16xaf texting set to billinerar (spelling) all other textures to high not extra.


I cant manage it on my 8800Gtx neither at 1920x1200 other specs are quad core at 3.2ghz 4gig of ram, ip35 pro vista 64
 
I had COD4 maxed out @ 1920x1200 on my 8800GTS 512 and it was fine except when there was smoke....lesser cards have real trouble handling particle effects in the COD4/5 engine.
