this one looks good. though I prefer a cooler that blows hot air out of the case rather than heating up my entire case. though I could put the fan speeds for my antec900 higher I gues.
Is arctic cooling still making gpu coolers btw? haven't seen any except the accelero series.
could'nt say for sure about the arctic cooling. Although on your antec 900 case could you use the side case 200m fan to extract the hot air given of by the graphic card?
EDIT: just noticed they sell it here ! woooot..... i just had a quick look on that site givin up there and looking at The graphs that is the best one thermalright v2.... can someone 2nd that for me before i got and buy
I too am looking into cooling my BFG 8800GT OC2 512MB in a quieter way. But my house is warm all year round and with the combined heat of the room, pc and my projector i am taking the plunge into water cooling. Does anyone know if the 8800GTS VGA blocks will fit on a GT? I ask as there is no 8800GT water blocks out yet that i have seen
I already have a zalman waiting to go on. what i ment was, will using extra zalman heatsinks on the mosfet chips be ok, no matter though as found some tiny ones designed for the job
I don’t think they get to hot, but a fan can be much more effective at cooling semiconductors if there is a little heat sink increasing the surface area of the ic.
I just asked because I use watercooling and need some odd sized sinks like those Thermalright ones for the PWM ic's
