8800gt/PSU question - Last time i promise

Ok last time i promise:

got my finger over the buy button.

this 8800gt:

will it work with my psu:

running the specs in my sig.

or do i need buy another psu like a corsair or something.

running 2 dvd rw (ide) and a hard drive (ide), and a floppy drive, core2 duo e4400 (not overclocked yet).

EDIT: oh and will it work on a normal pcie 16x slot or does it haev to be the newer 2.0 ?

hmmm think i might get a new psu and keep this one as a backup (its fairly new too)

corsair hx520 is one i can get for £66 inc vat/postage so that looks pretty good. or is the vx450 enough ?
