8800GT Stock?

Is that from the horses mouth this morning?

Surely they should know if they are coming in today as they would have been sent yesterday and would have a tracking number...
 
i phoned this morning at 9.45ish and they said the Zotacs may possibly be in today but not confirmed
told me i best stick with the EVGA pre order, but i just looked on the EVGA official site and even there they have none available so i do not expect OCUK to get them soon I would rather have the BFG OC2 or Zotac Amp but OCUK havent said i could do this as no reply on my sent webnotes !

and if the Zotacs do come in how can I tell without Gibbo replying

HI there

Surprise delivery!

60 Asus cards are transferring from one of our other warehouses to the OcUK Stoke HQ now, ETA with ourselves 2-4pm. About 44pc spare and we will endeavour to ship all 60pc out today. :)

PNY is still en-route but still due to arrive today.

BFG shipments are at Stanstead airport but UPS can't get them here for today so its going to be Monday for those.

EVGA I've had a right barmy with this morning informing them at their service and communication on this has been terrible, they are going to get back to me.

POV believe their shipment will be with me middle of next week as will more Gainward and Gigabyte cards.
 
I'm pretty impressed actually. Changed my order at around half 4 last night to a gaimward and got it this morning before 9 :o

Won't be able to install it until sunday though :(

The 60x Asus in today on not the TOP Edition, they are just the reference clock speed cards. :)

thanks for keeping everyone updated. It's a dreadful situation naturally but not OcUK's fault, though most customers are going to be frustrated anyway. Your regular updates on both things working and not working is much appreciated, makes us feel like we are not kept in the dark and makes the wait a little easier. Thanks for keeping this up during what must be a frustrating time :)

Oh and if you want to send me a second 8800GT when you ship my first, I'll let you know my order number ;)

Suppose I could walk over the road and have a look as I work within view of the Aiport!

Tried Rivatuner and Expertool.

For some reason ATI tool 0.27 (latest) does not show the clock speeds and I can't use it for overclocking.

I presume ATI Tool doesn't support the 8800GT yet?

Just a bad overclocking card with the memory. QUite happy about the 720 on the core.

Hi there

Yes its both OC and OC2 and enough to clear all the backorders leaving spare on both SKU's.

We now have 1200+ in total of 8800 GT on pre-order and were hopeful by end of next week we would have cleared 2/3 of this backlog.

Early/Mid December we hope to have 2000+ in stock across the range which will mean prices will come down and getting these cards will be far easier.

which is the reason i want a manufacturers clocked card so i know it can do it
