8800GT Stock?

I was shocked, my 8800gt got delivered this morning (yesterday morning), and they just left it on the door step :( 200+ card goddam lol. all good though,

allso poo'd myself as it came in a BFG Tech box :) L.o.L .
 
Now been told the card I orderd Is out of stock, even thoe I orderd It last monday when they had 10+ in stock, so that was A waste of 18.25 on delivery for today.

He does not know what he is talking about!

The 8800 GTS will run alongside the current 8800 GT. Both products will remain on the roadmap and the GTS is quicker than the GT but its also more expensive too unlike LoadsaMoney seems to think.
 
I do know what im talking about, i know full well the GTS will be dearer than the GT, search through my posts and you'll see, but everyone else is rubishing it, and saying the new GTS is cheaper, so if you can't beat em, join em. :)

I always thought the 8800 GT cards were just failed 8800 GTS 512 cards, but the yields were higher than expected, hence the shortage of 8800 GT's so there'll probably be 8800 GTS G92 based cards raining from the sky in a few weeks.
 
Yeah they should be, but their in shortage, so how can the new GTS coming out affect the shortage of the GT, and suddenly push its price down to £130-£150, it can't, but no one will listen. :)

The GT's are around £200, when the GTS comes out, they will still be around £200, but no one can seem to grasp that, everyone thinks when the GTS comes out the GT shortage is gona miracullously disappear and the prices are gona drop to £130-£150.

Having been one of the lucky ones to own an 8800GT for a good few weeks now, what do you have to say about it for all the people killing themselves waiting for one of these babys to 'finally' arrive on their doorstep?

I know you love it your 8800Gt lover you! :D
