Which ones will fit if there is nothing pre-made?

Some of the GPU-only blocks should work - but I was only able to dredge up one GT specific full card solution. (although no doubt many of the big players will release their own version in the future).

Dont the 7 series blocks fir the GT?

All of the 68/78/7900 series GPU blocks fit. So you are looking at the DD Maze4, Aquaextreme MP-01 (i have this on mine), Swiftech MCW 60 all fit. Maybe the DD Maze 5 and the D-tek Fusion as well but not sure about the mounting kits for those.
