8800gts good upgrade?

hey guy, i have a 1950pro and i am thinking about getting a 8800gts... curraantly using a 19" square lcd but will be getting a 22" WS pretty soon.

is it worth getting a 8800gts?

Deffinalty, you'll be amazed at the stuff you can run on a 22inch with a 8800gts!

and how good it will look!

I'd agree 1680 x 1050 maxed out is always nice.

GTS will totally blow that x1950pro clean away, your looking at double or more performance, i went to a 320mb GTS from an x1800 XT 512mb, and its just not in the same league.

Id get a 640mb GTS now though seen as they are only a few quid more than the 320mb's now.

Definately, can't speak for the 320mb but I have a 640mb and it's better than the HD2900 I have.
