Hello, i have just recieved my BFG 8800gts OC and am not sure if it is running correctly. I noticed while looking on the ntune application of the drivers that it shows the memory on the card only running at 792mhz as apposed to the 1600mhz that it should be running at?? The core is running correctly at 550mhz. I just wondered what everyone elses card is showing in the ntune application, as i have been having some BSOD errors and wonderd if this may be the cause.

cheers

Ron

Thx for the replies, i hadn't thought of that!!

I have 600W PSU so i dont think that is the problem??
I was getting "IRQL not equal or less" BSOD. I have updated to the latest nvidia drivers but my games still keep crashing after 10mins or so of playing them??

I have also just upgraded to an E6300, Gigabyte DS3 and 2Gb DDR2 so not sure if any of these could be the cause??

shot in the dark - do you get the bsod when trying to change the clock speeds in ntune? That application doesn't work well with the 8800 GTS, try rivatuner if you want to overclock.
