8800GTS shadow problem

I received my BFG 8800GTS 320mb today. Woah, this is an awesome card! Everything on high I throw at it.

However, I have a problem with shadows in games, they can sometimes appear low quality, or broken/flickery. I have no idea why? Does it in Oblivion and BF2142.
