8800GTS TV output

Hi guys.

Im trying to connect my tv to the pc so watch films on the larger screen but having a slight problem getting it connected.

My old card had a simple svideo out cable where i just connected the yellow connection and plugged into the tv scart.

The 8800gts came with a cable with 3 pins ( Y, pb/comp, pr) and a smaller connector to the Graphics card.

Can someone give me a quick guide on how to set tv out up please.

Cant find decent instuctions anywhere and im very confused

I contacted BFG support about this last week and was told I should be able to plug a s-video cable directly into the card (without using the dongle). I've not tried this yet though.

I can confirm that svideo straight from the cards connector works a-ok, just don't forget to set it up in the control panel

i was previously using cables which i guessed were svideo but are larger than the svideo connection on the 8800gts.

Could you point me to a link of the exact cables i need to connect the card to tv scart please?

My old card was a radion all in wonder and was really quite old so im not too surprised.

Just need to know exactly what i need now.
