I made a thread afew weeks ago asking the same but no one gave any responce, ive tried all the 8800 drivers that are out, ive tried 4 different cables and 3 different cables that go in the gfx card.

Ive tried all the settings in the control panel, different pal settings/ntsc etc but no matter what i do its always black and white, my old card a x1900xt tvout was fine so i know its nowt to do with me tv, but its seriously doing my head in now as i watch dvd films via pc on the tv and i can't because of being black and white can anyone helpppppppppppppppppppp.
 
Double check you have the GPU set to output PAL if thats all your tv accepts.
What type of cable are you using? ie. s-video, SCART.....
 
S-Video cable i am using and ive tried the single yellow video option too, i have also tried every pal settings thats in the nvidia control panel and ntsc but every one is black and white.
 
what cables are you using. im having a similar problem in no matter what i do i cant get any video output on the tv. the screen flickers like there is a bad connection but thats as far as it goes. its doing my head in. Just bought an s-video to scart cable to try and thats not working either!
 
Ive tried various s-video also tried loads of the single yellow video cables the ones you get red,white, yellow not sure what they called, i have a number of the cables that plug in the gfx card and none make any difference black and white image.
