Crysis, All high settings, AAx16 - FPS is 28 or so.

WoW, all high settings, AAx2 - FPS is like 30-40 (In Shattrath (For those of you who know what that is) it goes down to 13) I'm aware there's a lot going on in Shattrath, but is it really any different to shooting a gun with grass textures etc moving around in Crysis...

Both are played at 1280x1024 (Until i can get my 1900x1200 monitor)

I thought the GTX would function a lot better than this in WoW...? It'snot exactly the most graphically instense game ever...

Try disabling all your addons in WoW, and see what the improvement is, I have a feeling your CPU is letting you down there.

with the GTX and WoW you should be getting over 60fps. I run WoW everything max at 1920x1200 and it never drops below 60 and i have Vsync on aswell. I also don't use AA since i don't think its needed at this res, but with it on, it still never drops below 60.

It could be your CPU letting you down, but it's still fast enough i would have thought.

Have you got the latest drivers?

WoW is very CPU dependant, maybe more than the famous Source engine. At that res the GTX will add nothing to your framerates.

Doesnt the GTX require 2 power leads into it ? Check to make sure there both in. I think somethings wrong here, i mean, i played WoW @ 1440x900 on a X2 3800+ and it never ever EVER dropped below 60 FPS. Just an idea tbh.

Yeh, i clocked it up to 2448Mhx with the AiBooster (couldn't find how to change it on my board...) And FPS went up to 40 average in shattrath... hehe Tried to set it up to 20%... but it just crashes instantly... guess i might uby a new CPU...
Thanks for the help guys :)
