Its started to flicker red artifacts then locks up or worse the whole screens becomes artifacts .

It become apparent when trying to run clear sky ,have reinstalled all drivers ,also tried refitting it and cleaning with air .

Its not even 2 years old yet, has this card had it or could there be a solution .
