8800gtx query

Received my XFX 8800GTX today from OcUK, but after running gpu-z, its only showing the memory at 950MHz. Surely it should show it as running at 1900MHz

Its DDR so you need to double it so thats right

some programs show its actual speed, others show its effective speed, GPU-Z shows its actual speed. the effective speed is the actual speed simply doubled.

your memory however always runs at its effective speed. 1900MHz as it were.
