8800GTX to 5770 upgrade question

I did exactly that. I paid £75 for a 2nd hand 5770 as a go between as I couldn't fit my 8800GTX with HR03 into my new case.

There is a definite improvement at 1920x1200 when using win7. I wouldn't do it for the simple update though, not worth that much. :)
 
I have owned both cards and the 5770 is definately an improvement you will notice but its not massive. Its probably in the region of 30-40% faster and does have more memory with dx11 capabilities.
