8800gtx ultra

ID say its abit pricey. Second hand that is.

Ive got a 8800GTX sitting here and i was going to sell it for £30. Maybe i should increase the price.

Yep GTXs worth between £65-£75 depending on brand, BFG & Evga worth more because of warranties.

LiamC LMK if you want to get rid of that GTX I'm after one :)

I was after a GTX, all the ones i found were around £70+ which was out my range so had to go for a GTS instead for £45. Selling a GTX for £30 is pretty cheap haha :p

A second hand GTX for £100 is a bit steep, the ones on the MM seem to go for £70-80 with the G92 GTS's going for 65-70.

Absolutely crazy to sell it that cheaply. It'll fetch £75 to £100 at auction. Easily.

Even in the MM it'll be snapped up for £80.

Check the completed listings on the bay, they are still getting decent dollar from joe public. seen them on there go for £150 still!

ok...i think people are getting a bit confused...he's offering me an ULTRA for £100 including shipping. should i buy it?even though i wont be getting the rest of my parts til end of may

Pretty pointless buying a card which will just sit around doing nothing for 2-3 months, you are far better off waiting until may and subsequently you will get more for your money as that ultra will only reduce in value

ultra gets owned by a 9800gtx+

and for the sake of another £20 - its more than worth buying a new card

then you get a warranty and a point of return - not just a 2+year old card [with no comeback if it breaks] that is outperformed by 50% of current cards
