Hi All,

I know this has probably been answered in several other threads and reviews etc.

But my questions is......

Is it worth me buying a GTX 260 to replace my GTX, will I see a big difference?

Thanks in advance for any replies.

Kribby.

KEEP your card even if it was a GTX 280 you were buying.

You can survive till next cards are out even if you need lower to 1600's sometime instead of 1920's.

might not be xmas could be sept if nvida can shrink the GTX280 to 55nm in time since i bet they are not going to be selling that well compaired to ati's 4 series.

The GT 280 simply represents very poor value for money at this point in time.

A second hand 8800GTX is worth approximately £125. A new GT 280 will cost about £480.

Is it worth £355 of your money to make slight gains in FPS in some games? If you think it is then upgrade, if not then don't.
