8800GTX

Wow something scares me now, when I was playing the game titan quest, my temp shot up to 87 Degrees. Is this even normal or safe? My temps dun shoot up this much playing other games, the very most 75 degrees.

This is a common issue with 8800's, usually caused by corrupt drivers. It usually happens if you change drivers without using Driver Cleaner.
You need to uninstall the drivers, restart and run Driver Cleaner for nvidia drivers, then reinstall the 97.02s.

Before 8800, you could install nvidia drivers on top of other nv drivers without issue, but I think the 'newer' new control panel (needing ntune) isn't compatible with the 'older' new control panel.

I have been installing different drivers straight ontop on my 8800 and have had no problems at all.

I take back what I said, I am having issues with COH, and it is showing me the same yellow problems as css. This problem comes on and off, I am not sure if this is driver related problems at all anymore. Should I RMA?

I already unsintalled, installed new driver in the best way possible. I don't knwo what is wrong with this now.

Lolcb,
I haven't seen anyone else with your 'yellow' artifacts, so it may be your card that's borked. The screenshot you posted with the grey spikes looks like stretched polygons to me, which is usually a sign of bad ram.
Btw, you can set the fan speed to 90~100% to keep temps down.

Looks like that Polonuim (sp?) is getting about judging by that CSS shot, or they've had to much ready-brek :D

Id RMA it, the CSS shot doesn't look like a bard card, looks like a driver issue that, but as said above the stretched polygons etc... does.

You need ntune or rivatuner installed to set fan speed.

Thanks, I have sent email to the manufacturer ( brand ). I will see what they say about the stretched polygons etc and request rma. And this NO SWEARING! have to happen right before xmas.
