i got one of these today and i have a trust 570w psu.

i plug it all in and the mobo light is on but just wont start, if i leave the pci power connectors disconnected, it boots but the gtx beeps like a siren! lol

so im guessing i need more power yes?

sounds like it mate, i would have thought 570 would be more than enough, try to connect it using different rails if you have any pci connectors left.

Yeah GTX does the siren when theres no power, does sound like its not getting enough if it won't boot, which it probably isnt as those PSU's are a cheap brand.

This will power it fine, and won't break the bank, very good quality these PSU's.
