Anyone ever found a random draft message on their phones to this number saying "BUB - CLICK SEND"?

I have no idea what that text number is, but I have a feeling if I were to accidentally click send, it'd cost me money! I assume the "BUB" is a pet name that they have decided to call me to sway my decision into clicking send.
