8CH audio into AMP

Hi,

I'm sure it has been discussed before, however a quick search did not discover much in the way of an answer...

I've got a new ASrock mobo with 8CH audio spread through the various colored plug-ports. I'd like to have this PC connected to my AMP using the digital input on the AMP, either optical or coax.

Can someone please let me know what is the best way of achieving that?

so my only option is to get a sound card that has digital output? which one should i get than?
