8d6d3c65576f2162176dcf54f404 file has appeared from nowhere on my computer (C:\) containing a file called msxml4-KB927978-enu.

Has anyone any idea what this is?

Just my friend has rang my up just now saying about 5-6 of these long named files have appeared on his computer, so i thought id have a look on mine and found one.

Is it anything to worry about?

It contains loads of settings, its like a game log (god mode on etc) but for my windows setting i think.
