I was about to order OCZ (4x2GB) PC2-6400C5 (OCZ2G8004GK), but after a quick search there seemed to be some people having trouble getting 8GB to work with this board, even though its in the QVL for the motherboard.
Anyone know if i would have trouble running this? (or run using this setup already)
Not too bothered about tight CAS timings, as long as my OC keeps stable.
If anyone knows any other (cheapish
) ram that will work fine with 8gb, can they post that instead please.
And yes, i do need 8GB of ram before anyone asks, for using hyper-V, work is going to implement it soon and want a bit of a play before then (my 2GB atm just doesnt cut it for more then 2 OS running at once lol).
