8gb ram

i have 4gb (2x2gb) of pc6400 in my abit ip35 pro. I want to add another 4 gb but my mobo wont post, any ideas?

What's your full specs and voltages?

A lot of the time you have to up chipset volts when all ram slots are filled on a motherboard.

yup

default slots usually run at 1.8v

ocz/geil ram wants 2.2v, so up by 0.4, totally safe..
