i've seen a few property of late around that command crazy amounts of money per month and this example is 8k pm

dont get me wrong, its a nice house but 8k pcm?!...

There are some use cases where i can see a need to pay over the odds for a short term let vs a hotel but why so much!

there are a few other propertied in MK that command +4k month where as the usual is ~1.6-2k for 4 bed properties so any one know what the deal is with in these instances?

I'm gonna presume it's aimed at Airbnb style family holiday, which when added up works out pretty cheap if your making use of most of the beds. Except it's in Milton Keynes, not exactly renowned for its amazing holidays Good for the F1 perhaps

Yes it’s too expensive, but I think describing it as merely ‘run of the mill” is stretching it a bit.

I only needed to look at the first picture to know that’s not run of the mill, even for OCUK.

True, run of the mill is somewhat misleading, however for the cost you'd expect something with more finesse perhaps..
