Hello 8Pack

I have :

i75960x
x99 Asus deluxe
G-skill 3000mhz 16gb
Swiftech 320 cpu aio cooler
Titan x

please can you guide me in the right direction with my cpu overclock as im having much trouble getting it passed 4.2ghz ,Ram 2.400mhz

i was hoping to get to Ram 3000mhz and around 4.5 or 4.4 maybe higher if possible , iv tryed using the auto overclock in AI suit 3 but i must be doing something wrong with it as i cant get that to go over 3.9ghz ,but manually overclocking i can get to 4.2ghz.

I think my trouble is not understanding the other parts to OC after core multipliers and Vcore increasing.

Please can you give me some guidance and starting points ?

Bclk 125
X44 multi core
X40 cache
Ram 3000/xmp
Vcore 1.3v
Cache 1.25v
SA 1.07v
Vccin 1.91v

Test and if it bsods post debug code.

BCLK =Clock Strap.

X44 = CPU Ratio, Core Speed. x44 mean 4.4ghz.

Surely multi should be 35 on 125 strap = 4375, nearest you'll get to 4400?
I understand 125 strap for 3000 mems or have I lost the plot Nick?????

Enable XMP

35 core ratio if your aiming for 4375mhz, Cache start at 3500mhz so start with 28 Ratio.

Nicks voltages are a great starting point. With levle 6 or so LLC.

Test with Real Bench, XTU or by using your PC.
