3866 c12 enough for r11.5

R15 benefits from Ram more 4000 c12 for that.

that is true. r11.5 likes raw clock whereas 15 does like the ram speed and timings more

4100+mhz 12-11-11 should be doable on that apex.

you probably already did it anyway

my system is old enough, if it goes any slower i may as well bin it lol.

I was hoping these would be like the "go faster" stripes for cars, it would make my system faster not slower
