9-10" Android tablet for family

I'm buying an Android tablet for a relative, they have bad eyesight so I'm thinking I'll get a 9-10" rather than a 7". It'll be used for the usual internet browsing and watching TV, iPlayer and that kind of thing, so I'm not looking to spend more than I have to.

Looking through the cheap ones OCUK has available, I was about to buy the Storage Options Scroll Elite 9.7" (as it was the cheapest) but then I saw in the forum thread for it that the iPlayer apparently doesn't work on them, so now I'm thinking maybe one of the GoClever ~10" ones like say this one? Any suggestions?

If im not mistaken, You should just need to install flash and iPlayer will work on it. It was similar to mine (Nook HD+) May also need to be combined with a third party browser (Chrome etc)

Can't guarantee this is the solution but I cant imagine it will be the hardware limiting iPlayer.
