Is one washing machine made by Meile or LG or Bosch vastly different from another washing machine made by Meile or LG or Bosch? Nope

Same for Dyson and Meile Vacuums.

Their testing is a bit vague too, the review for my vacuum said it doesn't stand on stairs, when it clearly does. And I'm still laughing at their recommended home computers from the 80's. To me the only knowledge worth knowing is from someone who has used the item for more than a few months, not just taken it out of the box and plugged it in.

The range of items is pants too, their recent survey of batteries covered Varta (IIRC) but ignored Enloops, therefore it's completely worthless as a comparative study.

Just about everything has an online review somewhere and every manufacturer has a track record (like you wouldn't buy a Renault unless comfy seats were priority #1)

It's easier to ask here if you are still unsure. Everyone in here has an opinion :D

I subscribed then cancelled to get some money off a laptop.

I have to say, I was quite impressed by the magazine, it covered a lot. It purports to give 'legal advice*' to their subscribers too.

*In the 'this is legal advice but by the way this is definitely not legal advice don't sue me' sense.

I think someone has accidentally given my work address for their copy so I get a free copy when it is released :D

Actually is a lot better than I thought it would be, makes for interesting reading!

Crazy monthly price considering their reviews have never been that great or detailed, much better info available else-where for FREE if you are willing to put the time in researching!!

£9.75/month for online access? That's more expensive than getting the magazine isn't it?!

As for product reviews or comparisons, best to read something like Money Saving Expert site and their forums.

Can't believe anyone would pay that. You can get free comparison information for anything these days.

I can remember when Which were relevant some 20 years ago.
