My brother is wanting to buy a computer (individual parts as we know how to put them together) and his budget is £900-1500 for the rig on its own...

He mainly wants to do sound editing and gaming... But the sound card does not need to be included in this purchase.

  • Asus motherboard
  • Nvidia GPU
  • SSD 256gb/512gb
  • A quality built case, maybe lian-li?
  • Blu-ray writer/reader (DVD support to)
  • A PSU that can support some more GPUs for future

What do you guys recommend?

We are going to run Windows 8.1+ on it.
