£900 build check

I started with a 800 budget but couldn't quite fit in everything I wanted. Can you suggest if I could make some substitutes to save money without sacrificing too much.

- Is there a better mobo for the price? I could do with onboard wifi
- I was thinking the 480 over the 1060 for free sync screens which seem much cheaper than gsync. I might end up with a 144 so would I be better to go with the 1060?
- Can I get a cheaper power supply?
- Would I get same cooling performance from a good (but cheaper) air cooler?

Would something like the Cooler Master Hyper 212X CPU Cooler fit in the case and clear the RAM?

Thanks for the advice. Is the cheaper suggestion still above the XFX in terms of stability?

I think I will drop the 1TB and put in a Samsung 250GB 750 EVO for now.
