£900 Gaming PC - Spec Help

I have approx £900 budget for a gaming PC - MMO's, FPS, RTS.

# I don't need a monitor, keyboard, mouse, or headset (I will salvage these from my current setup)
# Want a 240GB SSD (a seperate HDD is not required)
# Operating system is required (Windows 7 preferred)
# Would consider overclocking (I currently have a Q9550 and have dabbled in a bit of overclocking in the past)
# Intel CPU preferred.

The last PC I built is now over 5 years old - its served me well, but I'm now completely out of touch on what's hot or not, so would appreciate if anyone could offer some guidance in terms of spec.

GTX 770, but there about £90 more..

If you can grab a GTX 670 for around the same price, thatd be ideal.
