£900 Gaming System

Hello all Overclockers UK'ers.

I'll be re-building sometime next month and selling my current system to a friend. My max budget is £900 but I can stretch to £1000 if I think it's really worth it, but £1000 is pushing it as far as I can with struggle as I'll be buying 2 x 24" monitors along with it too (not included in that £1000 system budget).

I don't really have any preferences for the system other than Intel CPU and nVidia graphics, Preferably Ivybridge and a motherboard that will support SLi for future reference (and a PSU to do so). Futureproofing is my main concern with my budget here. I'd like a system that I can keep adding to over time, rather than swapping parts.

Any recommendations please?

Edit: Not without RAM :o Throw in some Samsung Green or something. Also, the case is personal preference, I happen to really like this one though.

The Board and Power Supply will both be able to run SLI.

Any reason for Nvidia graphics? At their current pricing it would be silly not to go AMD unless you had a 3D monitor.
 
Yeh a 7950 or 7970 are about as good as they get price perfomance wise :)
Although the 7850's are going for £150 which are only £20 of the 6850's!
