ok so I had a measure up don't think your have much luck with a 360 rad down the bottom as I have my psu on the right looking from the front and the max space with it there is 380mm and the rad is 400mm odd even with the psu on the left you then have to get the tubing round it and the wires.

I suppose you could turn the rad round and have the tubing go to the other end and the psu on the left giving room for the rad and a fan

maybe if I swapped out the rads for something abit thinner maybe ?

I Just finished a 900D build that pretty much matches your loop plan.

I went for a thin 480mm rad bottom and a thicker 360mm rad top. Both Alphacool.
