900d pump mounting

I'm looking to mount a new pump res / combo into a 900d and struggling how to do it. So looking to you good people for advice -

Does it not lineup with those support rails, just drill some holes. You could use an acrylic plate if needed to fill the space.

Problem with the Aqua is it's rather bulky compared to most

Personally if it were me I'd remove that plate you've circled (it just unscrews) & make my own plate out of aluminium/steel

For a pump/res combo, that's the only place I can think of. Unless you split the combo where you can mount the res next to the board tray and pump on bottom around the PSU area.
