939 = 4000+ or opteron 165+

Is it worth going from a single 4000+ to a dual core opteron 165+ which hits 2.7ghz stable?

Would their be a similar performance or even better since its dual core?

(on behalf of a friend im trying to buy my dual core )

I have a 165+ and selling it to him, i get 2.6ghz stable , is this more powerful than a 4000+ at stock?
