Do they exist? i mean i ahve seen mobos taht say they support sempron and its a 939 board, but i dont see them around ....

I believe the Sempron 3000+ (939) is clocked at 1.8GHz. The one shown does seem like it's massively underclocked? It has a multi of x9.

lol no, you lower multiplier to overclock and he hasnt overclocked, and no one lowers multiplier to 5.
That cpu must be really slow.

It's a pre-built machine, so I imagine whoever built it enabled it because it's something the can charge more for, enabling a BIOS setting
