939 Socket

Anyone know of any cheap but decent 939 socket CPU's? i know they're stone age technology but i aint made of money, 16 and just left school, jobless & saving for a MX bike aha, thanks, or if anyones got one they wanna sell?

Try a known auction site.. your best bet. Probably looking at a 4200+ X2 or 3800+ X2

X2 3800+ are around £20-25 these days unless you've already got mobo and ram probably better to go AM2 I would have thought

I still have a perfectly working a64 4000 in an asus a8n 32 sli deluxe, unfortunately the ram in it is borked. Ill probably get shot of it though as it's not worth buying more ram for such an old rig.

i had a spare rig with a socket 939 processor in it, i'd have probs given it u if id not given it the mrs's brother few months ago when his blew up.

Look into Opterons if you're happy to overclock

You can get yourself a nice high clocking dualcore AMD Opteron from the Auction place.
