955 60C at load

hi just used ai auto clocker on my motherboard to oc my pehnom2x4 955 to 3.6ghz (1.400v) and when using intel burn test i get 60C at load is this bad?

bearing in mind im using a coolit eco with a noctua and fractal design fan on in exhaust config.

safely max temp is 62c

The auto overclock is more than likely using far too much voltage.
You should overclock manually, you'd get the same speed but with less voltage ab=nd therefore heat.
Your cooler is probably holding you back though, especially with an oddly mismatched low rpm fan config.

strange, temps seemed to have settled down to about 45C when gaming now after a reboot and im stably at 3.8ghz which is good

The IBT stresses the thing to the absolute max, you'll never hit that gaming.
