does anyone out there have overclock settings for 4GHZ that is relatively stable

i can boot to windows @4.2GHZ prime will crash instantly
i can get 30 seconds stable at 4Ghz under prime 95 and run super pi to 8 million with no errors just looking for someone thats done some fine tuning for 4Ghz

my current overclock is 3.84Ghz
240x16...... 2400Mhz nb @1.2V, 2400mhz HT ,1600mhz ram, cpu voltage 1.45V

was prime stable for 7 hours after which i cancelled the test with no errors

I think you'll need between 1.5-1.55v or even higher to get to 4.2Ghz prime stable. But imo the extra .2Ghz isn't worth the extra generated heat. You could instead try 4.0Ghz.That should be possible with 1.4-1.45v.I've managed to overclock the PhII 955 on my other rig with a Asus M4A79T Deluxe to 4.0Ghz with 1.48v.19x211Mhz and HT Link 2115.4Mhz.Mine is a C2 so yours should be able to run at 4.0Ghz on less than 1.48v.
