You need a certain board with huge power delivery for the massive TDP of the cpu.

According to the official Gigabyte website and CPU support list, no it doesn't support the 9590 Black Edition.

As Stulid points out, you need a board with massive power phasing to run the 9590 as it's a 200W TDP processor.
