Hello, i read a post about flashing a 9600gso to a 8800gs i think,

since my 9600gso has the requirements (8 ram chips) im wondering how i could flash the chip to a 8800 if any one knows how to do so please let me know =).
 
unlocks stuff aparently, i found a guide that lets you do it inside windows but im running 64 bit and aparently it dosent support 64 bit lol.
