Hi All,

My card has died playing HL2 screen went a light blue and that was that, can't boot to bios or anything now put in a spare slow agp card and working.

I need to replace it with a card of = performance or faster however I don't see the point of spending loads of cash on agp so ideally around 80 maybe 100max I believe the x700 replaces the 9600 range.

The 9600 played HL2, Farcry etc just fine for me at 1024 768, only have a 15 tft which suits me mine :) used for games only so don't needs loads of features.

System is

Athlon 2.8
Ram 1 GB
73SCSI Drive

Any thoughts as its been a while, Nvida or ATI which ever is stable and offers the best value for money.

Any help will be great.

Andy
