i have just this second put this in and its my first phenome 4 core, before i had a athlon 250

bacsicly after i have put it all in, i turn my machine on look at core temp and its now a 6 core ? and the frequ/load is bouncing all over the place from 798mhz - 2993mhz - 3392mhz

just on desktop it looks like this

just wondering does all this look on? and sound ok?
 
so my pc done that automaticly without me doing anything
sorry about the SS i dont think this will help but i tryed changing some setings in photobucket lawl

is it normal for those frequesncys and loads to jump around every second?
and any way i can find out the cpu temps? :<

im shocked lol, instant 6core and its gone 3.3ghz from 3.0ghz too and i havnt had to do a thing

i would still like to know why nothing atall shows cpu temps? if anyones got any ideas.
my mobo is a ASRock M3A770DE AMD 770

just thought i would update a ss of it all running at idle so the stats are at idle now

does it still look like i need to back the voltage off? and what too?
