Hi,
so i got a little problem & that is my Mem clock is frozen at 3903Mhz on one of my msi gtx 970's, and the core sits idle at 899Mhz. Now it dosn't seem to impact performance but it does generate heat and noise.
Last night i updated the latest nvidia drivers, plugged in a new hdmi cable for setting up a tv to watch films on & i also turned 'on' my sli. So i have rolled back the drivers and re-updated them couple times now & that didnt solve it. turned off my sli and turned it back on couple times and the clocks are still locked even if sli is disabled, & finally unplugging the hdmi seems to have no impact at all.
I have had this problem before but i cant remember what i did to fix it so thought i would ask here for some ideas.
