970 SLI Windows 10 issue

right guys since upgrading to windows 10 I been having a few issues

every min or 2 the bottom taskbar flickers ONCE... Furthermore when watching youtube videos they freeze in full screen... Sound still plays but I have to remove video from full screen and then back into full screen to stop the freeze...

Whats causing the issue?

And how to fix it?

I believe its my graphics cards... (latest drivers)

Have you tried older drivers? It's relatively easy to remove and install older ones.

Drop the cards out of SLI and test again. If the problem persists, run DDU the driver cleaner and reinstall some fresh drivers. If all else fails, try an earlier driver if you're on the latest.
