9700k hitting 101c in Cinebench. Thoughts?

Hello,
Thought id do my bi-monthly multi-core Cinebench test to see where my temps are at and they seem to be reaching nuclear levels. Running an i7 9700k @ 3.60Ghz + Same AIO untouched for 5 years:

Max temp: 102c
Avg temp: 94c
Desktop idle: 47c

I hear of Ryzen getting this hot but I think it might be time to reapply thermal paste? or replace AIO alltogether?

Is the pump working? You should feel a vibration if you put your finger on it when it's supposed to be on.

im not too sure if i can or not, the tubes definitely vibrate a little so i think the fluid is moving ok. CPU temps when gaming seem alright between 50-60c. Was just alarmed to see Prime95 and Cinebench hitting 100c within 3 seconds. Will keep an eye on things and update as necessary!

Wouldn't be too keen on replacing the AIO at this point as its new pc time next year. I'll make it limp over the line into 2024 if i have to .
