970m ok @1080p?

The 970m isn't the same as a desktop 970, bit less powerful. You might have to drop to Medium-High on certain titles to maintain your fps

I have a msi gs70 6qe with gtx970m and handles games very well.
yes you have to knock down some settings but not on all games
