What games? As long as you have the required outputs, the game will load. As mentioned above, you might wish it hadn't.

It depends on the laptop, if the laptop has switchable graphics (optimus) then no, if the laptop runs an MXM gpu and the on cpu graphics can be disabled then yes , in theory it would work.
