I recently emailed a large online retailer about a product that I bought from them which doesn't match the specifications they claim.
About an hour later, I had this reply.......
This is from Customer Service team. I have received your e-mail stating that the information that has been updated for " " has proven to be incorrect and Manufacturer is still working on the issue.
First of all, please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you thus far. Where we are thankful to you for binging the fact in light for us . Where I have forwarded the safe information to our product team and they will look into this matter and try to update the information.
And as the product features are not as specified on our website, so if you want we can arrange collection and get you a full refund for your order.
Rest be assured we will look int this matter and try to rectify it. Once again accept our sincere apologies for the wrong information.
